The timeless practise of jam making and eating was passed down to us from our respective Grandmothers. Alice Jesse was a woman of grace and filled her home with items of elegance. She wore a perfume of French flowers with Violet as a head-note. Her spirit has made a contemporary appearance in the creation of this jam. Culinary Violets add a depth of flavour that pairs surprisingly well with wild Nova Scotia blueberries. This jam was put many taste tests and has proudly made its way to production. Here’s to making Grammie’s chic again.
